SkaleStack does not guarantee specific commercial results unless expressly agreed in writing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKALESTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. SkaleStack's total liability to the client shall be limited to the amount effectively paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
